Following government updates Andy, Sharron and the team at HEHUK are pleased to announce that we are now fully open and operational.
We can again offer our full range of services. If you had an appointment put on hold our team will be calling you to see if all is ok to complete the work.
We have been working throughout this period carrying out emergencies keeping homes warm and with hot water and are use to working safely in your home
We have followed the advice on safety throughout and will continue to do so maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
At any time if you have any questions regarding the home visit please ask our team who are happy to help
Keeping safe during engineer visits.
When you contact us to book an emergency engineer appointment we’ll ask you if:
You or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with Covid-19
You or anyone in your home is self-isolating
Anyone in your home is at higher risk – e.g. over 70, diabetic etc
Is it safe to work in your home.
Our engineer will also call you on the day of your appointment and ask the same set of questions, in case anything has changed since you booked.
If the emergency appointment goes ahead, our engineer will take all necessary precautions, including hand-washing and following social distancing guidelines at all times. We will politely ask everyone in the household to stay in another room while the repairs are carried out.
During the visit our engineer will wear appropriate PPE. We will also wipe down the immediate work areas on completion.
Best wishes (and stay safe) from all the team at HEHUK.
