High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd are proud to offer our “In Warranty” Home Care Heat Plan to compliment your boiler manufacturers guarantee.
Our aim is to provide a safe, high quality service to repair and maintain the whole central heating system including boiler, radiators, controls and pipework, running alongside your manufacturers warranty.
How much does it cost ?
We are able to offer this package as a one-off price of £240 (including VAT)
or spread the cost over 12 months - £20 per month (including VAT)
What's included ?
- An annual service and safety inspection of your central heating boiler, central heating system
- and controls. Which is required to warrant your boiler guarantee.
- Priority call outs to maintain and repair your boiler, system and controls.
- Same day visit if the fault is reported before 10:00am.
- We stock 95% of parts for your heating system so we are usually able to repair the fault the same day.
- If the fault requires a visit from the boiler manufacturer we will arrange on your behalf.
- Customer emergency helpline with additional advice from our engineers.
- Transfer to full heat plan on completion of boiler guarantee.
What's not included ?
- Any general plumbing issues.
- Changing batteries in boiler controls.
- Topping up pressure in the boiler.
- Resetting timers.
- Any fault or defect on any part of the boiler or controls which has been caused by accidental or malicious damage. (this could be covered by your insurance, we would assist with this).
- Full replacement of the boiler. An average life span of a boiler is 15 years, therefore after this time period we would offer customers who are on our plan a discounted rate to replace the boiler.
- Any fault which as occurred by the alteration of the boiler system and controls carried out by anyone other than ‘High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd’.
- Any issues’ or faults on the plumbing system as this is a boiler and control contract and heating cover only.
- Non standard designer radiators.
- Existing plumbing including tanks, cylinders, showers etc. We could still help you with these issues.
- Unvented cylinders unless installed by ourselves.
- The main heat exchanger on the boiler unless covered by a manufacturers warranty.
- Power flush of system.
- Main heat exchanger.
- Showers and plumbing works.
Payments
You can pay a one-off annual payment or spread the cost over 12 monthly direct debit payments.
Additional Appliances
If you require a second service i.e fire or cylinder, to be carried out at the same time as your annual boiler service, the additional cost will be will be £50.00 per appliance including vat.You can pay a one-off annual payment or spread the cost over 12 monthly direct debit payments.
